The Delivery Process
Once your order is processed, our team carefully inspects each item to ensure it is in perfect condition.
After passing a final quality check, the products are securely packed and handed over to our reliable delivery partner.
The delivery partner then works to get the package to you as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach your address or coordinate a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to arrange a solution.
Estimated Delivery Time
Dispatch: Most orders are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery: Once the order is dispatched the item will be delivered within 3-5 business days excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, logistical challenges, or unexpected disruptions in the supply chain. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, these situations can sometimes cause delays that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Tracking The Order
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and phone number. As we prepare and ship your order within 24-48 hours of the confirmation, you can then check the status of your package through the unique tracking link that we will share with you via email/SMS.
Shipping Charges
We apply standard shipping fees for deliveries to most addresses.
The current shipping charges are: Prepaid orders - Free and Cash On Delivery - ₹50.
Packaging
We ensuring that all orders are safely and securely dispatched.
Shipping Locations
We do not ship internationally currently.
